Story telling in a business context was not new to me, as I have used this style for many years. However, the workshop provided me with a more structured proactive approach to preparing stories for specific situations. Mike's professionalism, presentation style and programme material is the best I have encountered in the industry and I have been involved in the training industry for 30 years. I would highly recommend this programme to beginners and advance students of this style of sales.
