Mike is one of the top managers that I have worked with over the past 20 years. He is skilled at managing both inexperienced and senior business development executives. He exemplifies the sales leader of today in that he understands sales as a consulting, problem solving profession. He guides his team to meet sales goals by investing his time to personally develop them and he stresses the importance of first intimately understanding the customers strategic imperatives before engaging in sales activities. It isn’t often that I learn how to better manage my sales process but my time spent with Mike always brought new ideas and understanding.
